 
Team Building is done in a wide variety of ways using a wide variety of methodologies. After hearing what
your company or organization wants to accomplish, SDG will put together a the program to accomplish the goals and vision of the organization. Some questions to ask yourself are; Does your team understand group dynamics?; Do members understand the stages of group development?; Do all members understand and accept the roles and responsibilities of all team members?
A successful working team will produce better results and profitability; increasing communication and committment within the company or organisation. A successful team understnads and can articulate the mission, vision and values of the team; help the team to "celebrate" failures; enabling the team members to accept ownership of and responsibility for the team's success.
A successful team member will then increase their probelm solving skills; develop consensus decision-making; improve their conflict resolution style and skills; learn how to raise, addressm and resolve conflicts individually and coporately; encourage and increase creative, innovative thinking and ideas; and learn how and when to give feedback. |
