For over 20 years Dr. Tom Foust has been working with clients to develop their leadership individually and with their teams. His experience ranges from consulting with large Fortune 500 companies to small and medium sized businesses to non-profit organizations of all sizes. In addition to his business experience, he is also trained in the utilization of a wide variety of assessment tools including MBTI, California Psychological Inventory, CPI-260, DiSC, and surveys he has developed on his own, and many others.
In 2003 Dr. Foust founded SDG International and continued to bring together a tightly-knit team of experts who focus on helping their clients achieve great leadership and high performance teams.
