Zachary Bertram, Vice President

Zach graduated in 1999 from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana with a degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies.  During college, Zach interned with a non-profit organization in Carmel, Indiana and then, after graduating, was director of the student division in the organization.  In addition to mentoring and inspiring junior and senior high school students, Zach developed a successful volunteer organization to help serve the students.  He provided vision and leadership to the volunteers as well as to multiple departments within his staff.   In his department, Zach managed goal setting and measurement, planned and executed event objectives, and developed and adhered to budgets.

In 2007, Zach pursued an opportunity to become Project Manager at Insight 2, Inc.  Zach managed client projects from the initial proposal through the executive presentation and communicated with clients to ensure satisfaction and project success.  He conducted in-field consumer observational interviews, analyzed data from field research and summarized findings and solutions through media presentations to client executives.  He has worked closely with executives from Firestone Building Products, Ames True Temper, Indianapolis Zoo, Charbroil and several other large corporations.  A few of Zach’s notable accomplishments have been the introduction of new project tools such as MS Sharepoint and FileMaker Pro, managing projects with projected client revenues exceeding three million and the creation of a sales database and sales tracking tools.

Through Zach’s education and professional experience, he has developed an exceptional skill-set that can be used to promote the success of other businesses.  He is able to listen to, understand and interpret client ideas, goals and objectives.  Zach is confident in teaching concepts to individuals and is also able to communicate clearly and effectively in a large group setting.  Most importantly, Zach can help to identify and overcome barriers preventing the success of an objective and can lead and execute according to the purposes and vision of each client.
